64 schools were selected based on culture and curriculum that caters to veteran students
Lenexa, Kan. — March 11, 2014 — Currently about one million veterans are enrolled in colleges and universities around the country. For these veteran students who are interested in pursuing a business degree, Military Times has just published its second annual Best for Vets: Business Schools list. This year, Grantham University’s Mark Skousen School of Business was one of 64 schools selected.
This year’s list was compiled based on the results of an 80-question analysis of the schools’ complete offerings for veterans. The rankings factored in academic quality, outcomes and policies, school culture, student support, and cost.
“We take great pride in offering cutting-edge and professionally relevant business degree programs at an affordable price,” said Dr. Niccole Buckley, dean of the Mark Skousen School of Business. “To be selected for the Military Times Best for Vets: Business Schools list shows that we are not only leading the way in our program choices, but also in our dedication to serving those who have served.”
Offering 14 associate, bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, the Mark Skousen School of Business at Grantham University has been awarded the status of Candidate for Accreditation by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE).
